1- Include copyright information on the first page of your article

• Be sure to include a corresponding author in your paper.
• Copyright information should appear only on the bottom left of the first page of your article (similar to this file):  979-8-3195-0680-1/26/$31.00 ©2026 IEEE
• Do not include page numbers in your final submission.

2- Create a PDF eXpress Account

2-1- Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress™ site.

2-2- Enter the following:

• Conference ID: 70155X
• Enter your email address.
• Set a password.

2-3- Continue by any other information that is requested.

2.4- An online confirmation will be displayed and a confirmation email will be sent to confirm the creation of your account.

2.5- Upload your final PDF file (after applying paragraph 1 of the instructions) to IEEE PDF eXpress to validate your paper (only PDF files are accepted for final submission).

2.6- Receive a PDF of your paper that is compatible with IEEE Xplore via email.

3- Upload the received final PDF file to the conference system.
