•Articles must be prepared and formatted according to the guidelines provided on the conference website. Articles that do not adhere to these templates will not be sent for review.
•If at any stage it is proven that there has been fraud or research misconduct related to an article, the article will be removed from the conference program and proceedings, and the consequences will be borne by the authors.

• Papers must represent new work and have not been previously published in another conference or journal.
• Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
• Note that papers that do not meet IEEE requirements and have more than six pages will not be indexed in IEEE.
